• The request for exchange must be initiated within 1 day of receiving the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear videos and pictures of the product.
2. Ensure the video and images show that the product is unopened and has all the packing intact.
3. Contact our support team at support@alopikas.com within 1 day of receiving the order.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the submitted media to determine eligibility for an exchange.

Exchange Process

All exchanges will be processed only after the images and videos have been received and inspected by our team. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and obtaining a replacement.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges may apply, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
